Watch Richard Sherman Dominate in High School Highlight Footage

Richard Sherman breaks down some of his senior year high school game footage.

Seattle Seahawks cornerback Richard Sherman did it all in high school. Not only was he a beastly cornerback, he was also a receiver, punt returner and kick returner. He accounted for 1,030 all-purpose yards while leading Dominguez High School in Compton, California, to the Southern Section Division III championship his senior year.

In the weekly multimedia series Tuesdays with Richard on Thursdays with the Players Tribune, the three-time Pro Bowler broke down some of his senior year high school footage. It's incredible, after all these years, that he still remembers the plays that are about to happen. It's like he's still in high school.

Sherman was also a stud on the track. He ran 100 meters in 10.77 seconds, 110 hurdles in 13.99 seconds and long jumped 23 feet, 7 inches. But what really led Sherman to become the successful professional corner and Super Bowl champion that he is today? It was the fact that he graduated with a 4.2 grade point average.
