'The Mountain' From 'Game of Thrones' Benches 485 Pounds

Strongman Hafthór Júlíus Björnsson, best known for playing the role of "The Mountain" on the series Game of Thrones, is also building a legendary reputation as perhaps the strongest dude alive.

In the Instagram video below, the beast nicknamed "Thor" knocks out six easy reps on the Bench Press with 485 pounds—using perfect form. The 6-foot-9, 400-pound mountain of muscle is currently training for the Arnold Classic Strongman event in Columbus, Ohio in early March. According to this video and others he has posted, his strength is reaching all time highs.

We have no info on the man in the leather jacket who is offering his help with a solid spot on the lift.
