Logs are heavy. Iron logs created for strongman competitions are even heavier. The one in the video below weighs 190 kg or 418 pounds. The giant man in the video who effortlessly presses it over his head is 6-foot-9, 419 pounds. Seems like a fair fight, except that this man is Hafþór Júlíus Björnsson, better known as "The Mountain" from Game of Thrones.

As he trains for various strongman competitions this year, this freakishly large human being continues to impress the internet with his feats of strength. However, we find his hellish post-lift screams and comments even more entertaining. "190 kg felt light," wrote the beast, probably fracturing his keyboard with his powerful fingers in the process.
