Want to know why the foot ladder is such an amazing piece of equipment? Jay Dyer, strength and conditioning coach for the storied Johns Hopkins men's lacrosse team, explains:

"The foot speed ladder is simple and easy to learn. It doesn't take up a lot of space, and it's inexpensive compared to other pieces of equipment. The drills will improve your coordination and footwork, which will make you a better athlete. The ladder builds confidence because you can see great improvements in a short period of time. It's great to use as a warm-up, because it preps you for more complex movements later in the workout. The drills are challenging and more fun than jogging, because you have to focus. I've been using ladder drills for seven or eight years, and they've really helped my athletes become quicker and more aware of their bodies."
