Romanian Dead Lift (RDL)
Hold a barbell at thigh level just abouve the knees. Grip the bar with a slightly wider-than-shoulder grip, palms facing your body. Push your hips back and keep your core tight and feet flat on the floor. Bending only at the waist, lower the bar down the front of your legs as far as possible. Keeo your lover back and core tight throughout the lift. Return to starting position.
