Cable External Rotation

  • Adjust cable machine to elbow height and position to the left side; resistance should be light
  • Place towel roll between right elbow and waist
  • Grasp cable handle with palm facing inward, arm perpendicular to body and elbow at 90-degree angle
  • Rotate arm away from body, keeping elbow tight to towel/waist
  • Slowly return to start position
  • Repeat for specified reps and on opposite arm
