Cable External Rotation
- Adjust cable machine to elbow height and position to the left side; resistance should be light
- Place towel roll between right elbow and waist
- Grasp cable handle with palm facing inward, arm perpendicular to body and elbow at 90-degree angle
- Rotate arm away from body, keeping elbow tight to towel/waist
- Slowly return to start position
- Repeat for specified reps and on opposite arm
