Howard Crossover Push-Up (Speed)

  • Perform Push-Up
  • At top of movement, cross left hand over right, then move right hand behind left to again assume Push-Up position
  • Perform Push-Up; repeat crossover movement back to right; Perform Push-Up
  • Repeat continuously for specified duration

Advanced: Add weight vest
Sets/Duration: 4x10 seconds or until movement slows
Meyer: [The exercise is] named after Dwight because it’s one of his favorites. This works on thoracic (mid-spine) mobility and stability as well as shoulder, core and hip stability
