Dumbbell Front Delt Raise

  • Assume athletic stance with dumbbells at sides of hips
  • Have a slight bend in the elbows
  • Maintaining correct body position and not using momentum, raise dumbbells toward front of the body
  • Rotate hands and dumbbells inward until arms are parallel to ground
  • Keep dumbbells flat or slightly tilted forward
  • Lower dumbbells with control
  • Repeat for specified reps
  • Perform in circuit with Lateral and Rear Delt Raises
