Shuffle and Side Kick

  • Assume athletic stance with one partner a few yards to right and another partner a few yards to left
  • Perform two explosive shuffles right and deliver powerful side kick to partner's pad with right leg
  • Shuffle to left and deliver powerful side kick to partner's pad with left leg
  • Continue shuffling back and forth and kicking for specified duration
