Single-Leg, Single-Arm Punch and Row

  • Assume athletic single-leg stance and raise opposite knee
  • Using hand on side of balancing leg, explosively punch and row against resistance for specified duration

Sets/Duration: 1x30 seconds each arm
Benefits: Hip, knee, ankle stability // Core and upper-body strength and endurance
