Andrew Heming is a strength coach and assistant professor at Trinity Western University (Langley Township, British Columbia). He has been a strength coach since 1998, and he has worked with several National Championship teams. Heming has a Master's Degree in Exercise Science and holds the following certifications: CSCS, NSCA-CPT, NASM-PES, Pn1 and FMS1.

Andrew Sacks is a strength and conditioning coach from Baltimore, where he trains athletes at Next Level Sports Performance. He works with youth, high school, and collegiate athletes and specializes in training baseball and softball players. Andy Haley is the Performance Director at STACK, and has been with the Company for over seven years. A certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) through the NSCA, he's worked with hundreds of elite performance experts to create articles and videos to educate STACK's audience with safe and effective performance training methods. Prior to STACK, he received his bachelor’s degree in exercise science from Miami University (Oxford, Ohio), where he conducted research on resistance training and physical activity for the American College of Sports Medicine. Born and raised outside of Boston, Haley played hockey at the collegiate club level. His favorite exercise is the Deadlift.
Annie Koeblitz served as STACK's associate digital producer and graduated from Rollins College, where she played lacrosse and majored in Critical Media & Cultural Studies and Sociology.
