Alex Allan

Alex Allan is a Registered Kinesiologist from Toronto, Canada. He has been involved in strength and conditioning for 15 years and has worked seven years as a kinesiologist specializing in rehabilitation management. Allan holds an honors degree in Kinesiology and Health Science from York University, and he is certified as a corrective exercise specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He runs The KIN Studio, a private practice in Toronto.
