Brandon Wood is the Director of Team Training and a Strength and Conditioning Coach at the Parisi Speed School in Fair Lawn, N.J. His drive to help athletes succeed comes from his experience as a collegiate athlete. Although he believes increases in speed, agility and strength are important, he also strives to instill a sense of selfless, positive team culture in every athlete he trains. His areas of expertise include team training, football and track.
