Brian Donofrio, CSCS, is a strength coach for Advanced Therapy and Performance (Stamford, Connecticut), where he trains athletes from the high school to professional levels. He has worked with athletes in both the collegiate and private settings, and previously spent time working as a strength coach and PT Aide in the physical therapy setting. He earned his bachelor's in exercise science from the University of Connecticut, where he worked with a number of the school's D1 programs, including Football, Men's Soccer and Men's Track and Field.
