Corey Davis is a master's candidate in kinesiology at the University of Georgia and the head trainer and CEO of Core Blend Training LLC, a company named for its focus on core strength through proprietary moves and workout structures. His workout structures have most recently been proven successful by three-time Olympian and 2012 shot put bronze medalist Reese Hoffa, a Core Blend client.
