Dalton Oliver is an adjunct professor of sport and exercise science at the University of Central Florida. He has ten years of experience as a personal trainer and independent strength coach, and he currently consults wrestlers, triathletes, trainers and fitness competitors. Oliver holds a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Auburn University and a master's degree in Applied Physiology from the University of Central Florida.
