Duane Carlisle is the founder of Lightning Fast Training Systems located in Mountain View, California and currently serves as a Performance Consultant to the NFL.  He previously served as the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for the San Francisco 49ers and was the Director of Sports Performance at Purdue University.
