Greg Young

Greg Young received his Ph.D. in Sport Psychology and Motor Behavior from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. As a certified consultant with the Association of Applied Sport Psychology, he has worked with athletes, teams and coaches of all ages and at all competitive levels. Young has designed, implemented and evaluated mental conditioning programs in a variety of contexts, including NCAA D-I and professional levels. As an undergraduate at Berry College (Floyd, Ga.), where he earned a bachelor's degree in Health and Physical Education, Young received All-American honors as a soccer player. He represented Great British Universities in the 2003 and 2005 World University Games, and he continues to play soccer at a competitive level. Young also has an extensive background as a coach across a number of sports. He is a keen tennis player and an avid golfer. Born and raised in Newcastle Upon-Tyne, England, he currently resides in the US.
