J.T. Kotowski is the director of athletic performance at Game Changer Strength and Performance in Springfield, New Jersey. He graduated from McDaniel College in Westminster, Maryland with a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science. Upon graduation, he earned his CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) from the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He aquired valuble knowledge and experience as an intern on the strength and conditioning staffs of both Rutgers University and the New York Jets.
