Josh Heffernan

Josh Heffernan is entering his seventh year as the head wrestling coach at Hayes High School in Delaware, Ohio, where he also teaches English. He wrestled for Ohio University from 1994 to 1999. In college, he was a three-time MAC placewinner and NCAA national qualifier. In high school, he was an Illinois state runner-up.
