Kyle Arsenault

Kyle Arsenault is a CSCS-certified trainer at Momentum Physical Therapy and Performance Training (Milford, Massachusetts). He graduated from Keene State College in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Science and trained as an intern at Cressey Performance (Hudson, Massachusetts).

Arsenault specializes in combining principles of efficient movement systems with strength and conditioning to create results oriented programs for athletes, as well as his online clients. He also authored "The Other 23 Hours," a book describing everything we can do outside of training in order to obtain the body, performance and results we desire.
