Lacey Stone

A former Division I basketball player and state-ranked tennis player, Lacey Stone is the founder and owner of Lacey Stone Fitness, LLC, whose mission is to help people apply the mentality, work ethic and spirit of athletics to everyday life. Professionally, Stone divides her time between personal training, group fitness classes, motivational speaking and her first book. Her fitness programs have been featured on "The Today Show," "Dr. Oz," "Good Morning America" and "The Early Show." Her signature workout moves and nutritional advice have also been highlighted in publications like "Vogue," "Glamour," "SHAPE" and the "New York Times." Stone has also consulted with some of the world's top fitness brands, including Nike, Gatorade, Reebok and Nintendo Wii. Stone recently launched an original fitness class called TheBigGAME!, which she teaches exclusively at Equinox Fitness Clubs. A realization of her two decades of athletic training, the class has garnered a huge following of people looking to unleash their inner athlete and gain a competitive edge. Lacey Stone Fitness Companies has also launched a second signature workout, called BOOTYCamp!—a boot-camp-style workout designed to push people beyond their self-imposed fitness boundaries. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Maine with a major in Psychology; and her certifications include Tier 3 EFTI Trainer, NIKE Project Classified, ECA Presenter, ACE, Prenatal/Postnatal, KB Qualified Professional, Schwinn, Powerstrike, and AED.
