Matt Grimm

Matt Grimm is the Head Strength and Conditioning coach at Trevecca Nazarene University, overseeing 9 of the 12 sports at the University. He is also an adjunct professor in the Exercise Science Department. Grimm is the owner of Matt Grimm Performance, where he trains youth athletes and adults in Nashville. He has the following certifications: CSCS, ACSM-CPT, NASM-PES, NASE-CSS, USAW1, USATF1 and FMS2.
