Pui Lok Choi is an Adjunct Kinesiology Instructor at The College of the Desert in Palm Desert, California, a high school strength & conditioning and assistant football coach, and strength coach Self Made Training Facility in Corona, California. He holds a CSCS from the NSCA, a Performance Enhancement Specialist certification from the NASM, and he is an EXOS-certified Performance Specialist. He earned a Masters' in exercise science from California Baptist University. He enjoys making a change in people's lives and helping upgrade their physical performance.
