Rob DeCillis

Rob DeCillis
Rob DeCillis got his start in the strength and conditioning world in 2006, when he had the opportunity to train an IFL heavyweight fighter. After a stint with Velocity Sports Performance, he followed his passion for training combat athletes by starting Combat Trainer Strength Systems, where he trains all types of athletes using many of the same methods he uses with fighters.

In 2011, Rob started competing in obstacle course racing, and this led him not only to take his training to the next level, but also to coach other obstacle course race athletes. Check his website at http://obstaclecoursetraining.com.
