Ryan Colquhoun

Ryan J. Colquhoun is pursuing his Ph.D in Health and Human Performance at Oklahoma State University. He received his Master's in Exercise Science from the University of South Florida and Bachelor's in Exercise Science and Health Promotion from Florida Atlantic University. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the NSCA and a Level-1 Sports Performance Coach through USA Weightlifting. Some of his research interests include utilizing periodization to optimize human performance, supplementation and it’s effect of skeletal muscle and body composition, as well as neuromuscular aspects of exercise and human performance. Additionally, he founded the USF Powerlifting team and currently coaches the Oklahoma State University Powerlifting team.
