Sean Cromarty

Sean Cromarty owns and operates Competitive Advantage Training. He is certified as a personal trainer by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), and he is a USA Hockey certified coach. As a four-year letter winner (2000-2004) at Colorado College, he was part of a team that appeared in three NCAA tournaments, won a WCHA championship, and played in four consecutive WCHA Final Five tournaments. Following graduation, he played for the Pittsburgh Penguins affiliate Wheeling Nailers in the East Coast Hockey League. Currently, he is the head hockey coach at Westfield High School (Westfield, N.J.), off-ice training director of the Mid-Jersey Selects program, and head coach of the New Jersey Rockets Bantam 99 Major hockey program.
