Stephen Gamma

Stephen C. Gamma, MS, ATC, CSCS, holds a Master of Science in Athletic Training program from the University of Idaho and is currently studying Physical Education and Sports Pedagogy. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and a Certified Speed and Agility Coach. Stephen is a former Minor League Baseball Strength and Conditioning Coach and recipient of the 2010 Appalachian League Strength and Conditioning Coach of the Year award. He is the Director of Sports Medicine and Strength and Conditioning at Mount Saint Mary College and Director of Sports Performance at Pro Prospects Training Center. Stephen has presented research at the 2014 FWATA Annual Symposium and 2015 World Federation of Athletic Training and Therapy World Congress. He has been published in the International Journal of Sports Physical Therapy, The Journal of Athletic Training, Journal of Strength and Conditioning, The Sports Digest, Muscle and Strength, Prep Baseball Report-New York and Joeygreany.com.
