Stephen McCarthy, Director of The McCarthy Project, was born and raised in Spring Lake Park, Minn. He has worked with over 10,000 athletes, primarily youth athletes. During his career, he has researched and developed innovative training techniques; and his athletes have won state and national championships, received college scholarships and played professionally.
