The owner of Donovan's Strength and Conditioning (Saint Peters, Mo.), Tommy Donovan is a private strength coach, performance consultant and personal trainer. He received his CSCS certification from the National Strength and Conditioning Association and his Bachelor's Degree in Recreation and Fitness Studies from Missouri State University. Before starting his own business, he worked at an Olympic weightlifting development center, a sports performance training facility and a commercial gym.
