Z Altug, PT, DPT, MS, CSCS, NSCA-PT, is a licensed physical therapist and athletic performance specialist out of Los Angeles. He recently published Sustainable Fitness: A Practical Guide to Health, Healing, and Wellness (CreateSpace, 2016). He also co-authored the 2012 Healthy Lifestyle Wall Calendar (TF Publishing, 2011); The Anti-Aging Fitness Prescription (Hatherleigh Press, 2006); and the Manual of Clinical Exercise Testing, Prescription and Rehabilitation (Appleton & Lange 1993); and Heal Yourself.
