About the Video
The Five-Cone Zigzag Drill is a simple yet effective way to train football players to begin separation from their defenders by changing direction with explosive speed.

Five-Cone Zigzag Drill:

-Explode in and around each cone in one-to-two steps -Stay low and twist hips -Break and receive pass after final cone -Perform drill in opposite direction -3 x each direction
After completing the Five-Cone Zigzag Drill, apply techniques used for the drill while running routes against coverage. This is a great drill for any wide receiver looking to gain yards by enhancing their skills changing direction and speed.
