Goal: To increase your athlete's speed and endurance with several short sprints followed by a long sprint to build endurance. Encourage your athletes to focus on maintaining rhythm and proper sprinting technique during each drill.
Coaching Points:
- Have athlete perform at 90 percent max effort
- Have athlete focus on rhythm
- Have athlete focus on proper technique in 300-yard sprint
