Off-Season Football Workout With Peyton Manning
In this video series, Indianapolis Colts quarterback Peyton Manning and trainers from D1 Sports Training go through workouts designed specifically for quarterbacks.

Manning enjoys working out at D1 because of the facility's style of training. "It's a different type of training because it's high energy and high intensity, but also because the coaches here are going to hold you very accountable," Manning said. "You truly are part of a team."

In this interview, Manning talked about his journey toward developing the strength, speed and endurance required to become an All-Pro quarterback. "In high school, I was tall, skinny and slow, but I started doing all kinds of crazy exercises I saw on TV or heard about. Now, I wish when I was 14 years old that I had a place like this to train."
