In this football training video, NFL OT Russell Okung performs an Arnold Shuffle during his off-season training with coaching by Danny Arnold, owner of Plex training facility in Stafford, Texas.
About the Video
As performed by Russell Okung, the Arnold Shuffle is a great football workout
for any lineman looking to improve his ability to explode out of the squat position. The Arnold Shuffle is especially useful strength training
to improve the lower body's ability to perform even when fatigued. The slow nature of the drill allows the athlete to activate and strengthen more muscle groups.
