About the Video
As performed by Russell Okung, the Arnold Shuffle is a great football workout for any lineman looking to improve his ability to explode out of the squat position. The Arnold Shuffle is especially useful strength training to improve the lower body's ability to perform even when fatigued. The slow nature of the drill allows the athlete to activate and strengthen more muscle groups.

Arnold Shuffle:

- Hold medicine ball for added weight
- Slowly shuffle forward, backward, left, then right
- Stay low and maintain consistent body level
- Perform in slow, controlled manner
Sets/Reps: 3x4-6 each leg
