About the Video
The Aggies women's soccer team performs the following drills with the adiPure Trainer: Speed Ladder: Performing speed ladder drills in the adiPure Trainer is a great way to build ankle and foot strength, which will enhance a soccer player's lateral speed and quickness. Developing the foot and ankle is a necessary component for injury prevention in soccer. Sprinter's Skip: This exercise is great for teaching the athlete how to generate power through the ground, and also reinforces proper sprint technique. In the adiPure Trainer, the athlete bounces on the balls of their feet in a continuous fashion for 20 yards. Single-Leg Squat: The barefoot element of the adiPure Trainer increases the difficulty of this exercise, forcing the athlete to stabilize their body while driving their heel into the ground. Watch the video to learn how to perform these exercises in the adiPure Trainer.
