TRANSCRIPT

Nate Costa (Owner and Co-founder of FX studios): The seated med ball on a BOSU adds some stability and what we're looking for there for Brandon is improving the core on an unstable surface. So, muscle recruitment through rotation, not just coming up and down. We do a lot of multi-direction, multi-functional movements. We did 20, ten on each side. Translate that over to the core, jump up, grab a ball, try and pull the ball from a defender is trying to steal the ball from you. SO it's recruiting muscles that he literally can do that 100, 200 times throughout a game and not feel fatigued from that at all and increase the speed that he does it.
