Nate Costa: A single leg posterior delt raise: so what we do is we lean all the way forward and what I'm looking for is that he maintains posture. I don't want his chest
to drop. I want the middle of his back, his traps, to be activated at the same time and then be able to isolate that movement so it actually is working his glutes, his hamstrings lengthened. The main focus for him there is to try to get muscle improvement in unstable surface being on one leg.
