Nate Costa: So the med ball decline crunch, with the decline this ads more resistance to the
crunch. What we're trying to do is make his exercise pretty challenging because he's a strong guy. So we took the med ball and we had him come up and reach straight and to the side. Every time he reaches to the side it incorporates more obliques and not just his rectus abdomens.
