Nate Costa (Co-Founder and Owner of FX Studios): The explosive Bosu Pusher: what we're looking for there is power. With a clap push up, when you land, you're landing on a stable surface. When you have to land the Bosu, you have to balance your left and right. So again, we're trying to make sure his left and right side are stable and that he's able to press through that whole range of motion without dominating on one side.
