Add Mini Hurdles Jumps to your workout to improve overall agility. If you don't have access to a mini hurdle, any one-foot object will do.
- Keep feet together
- Explode powerfully over hurdle
- Land with soft knees in athletic position and jump as quickly as possible
Sets/Reps: 3-5x30 seconds with 60-second rest
