The Timed Incline Cable Chest Fly calls for Luck to perform as many reps as possible in a 60-second timeframe. To properly perform the exercise, Luck keeps his lower back flat on the bench with his elbows slightly bent. To replicate the Timed Incline Cable Chest Fly, select a lightweight resistance and perform Incline Cable Fly for as many reps as possible until failure. Decrease the weight of the stack and repeat exercise, performing as many reps as possible.
