About the Video
The "World's Greatest DB Warm-Up" consists of a series of lightweight dumbbell exercises used to prepare the body for more demanding lifts and movements that are part of the workout. Andrew Luck performs eight reps for each of the following dumbbell exercises: -Upright Row -Hang Snatch -Squat Press -Bent-Over Row -Curl-to-Press -Lateral Raise After completing the series of dumbbell lifts, rest for 90 seconds and repeat the circuit.
