Andrew Luck's Chest-Back-Shoulder combo lift consists of the following exercises:
-DB Press: Keep feet flat on ground and back flat on bench
-Single-Arm DB Row: Keep chest big and drive elbow up toward ceiling
-Standing T's: Keep chest big and arms at shoulder level while working through full range of motion
Luck performs 8-10 reps for each exercise, resting for 90 seconds between each circuit.
