About the Video
The Overhead Squat is a great exercise for improving flexibility of the ankles, hips and shoulders as well as developing core stability and absolute strength. To properly perform the Overhead Squat, Stallings presses out against the collar of the barbell with his hands, which helps him achieve complete shoulder flexibility, allowing him to lower into the Squat and reach full range of motion. Stallings continues to press out against the barbell as he lowers into and explodes up from the Squat, keeping his shoulders tight and arms straight. He completes three sets of five reps of the Overhead Squat.
