About the Video
One of the most advanced variations of the RDL exercise is the Single-Leg Kettlebell RDL to Clean and Press. This multi-joint exercise is designed to improve strength, stability and power. Holding a kettlebell in one hand, Stallings will perform a Single-Leg RDL and swing his leg through and drive his knee up. Balancing on a single leg, Stallings will clean and press the kettlebell overhead, working to maintain his balance throughout the duration of the exercise. He performs three sets of five reps of the Single-Leg Kettlebell RDL to Clean and Press.
