About the Video
Stallings performs Heavy Bag Punches for development and core rotation work. For the Heavy Bag Punches, it's important to take safety precautions by either taping your wrists or wearing protective gloves. With a partner holding the heavy bag in place, Stallings rotates from his chest and strikes the bag near shoulder level. Without pausing between strikes, Stallings punches the bag 10 times with his left hand and then performs Heavy Bag Punches with his right hand, each side for 3 sets.
