Diet is very important for Allyson Felix. She tries to get as many calories for her track and field diet
Allyson Felix: I try to have a really high calorie intake just because it's hard for me to keep on weight. So I try to stay around 3000 calories, which is a lot, but it's difficult. I don't always manage it but it's the goal. Other than that, just foods that are really able to fill me; Chicken, lots of different fishes, fruits.
