Ethier performs a Single-Arm Incline DB Press after completing the Keiser Machine RDL. The Single-Arm Incline DB Press builds strength in the chest, shoulders and triceps. Performing the exercise in single-arm fashion will also improve core strength, as Ethier is forced to stabilize his core to resist the urge to rotate his body when pressing the dumbbell. Follow the coaching points below to properly perform the Single-Arm DB Incline Press.
-Keep core tight and opposite arm straight
-Lower dumbbell with control and press up
