Ethier performs the Keiser Machine RDL to help build max strength during the off-season. Follow the coaching points below to properly perform the Barbell RDL:
-Keep back flat and knees slightly bent
-Push butt back to initiate movement
-Slide bar along front of legs
-Push through ground and return to upright position
